Welcome to Pro Estate Media (proestatemedia.com). By accessing our website, requesting media quotes, or booking our real estate photography, video, drone, or 360 virtual tour services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. [1, 2]

 

1. Services & Booking

Pro Estate Media provides professional real estate media services across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Bernardino County. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed request form and scheduling confirmation.

 

2. Next-Day Delivery & Turnaround

We guarantee next-day delivery for standard photography and media packages under normal operating constraints. Turnaround times may vary slightly for complex luxury video edits, larger square footage properties, or custom commercial projects. Media assets will be delivered digitally upon completion.

 

3. Copyright & Usage Licensing

  • Ownership: Pro Estate Media retains full copyright ownership of all digital media produced, including photographs, videos, drone footage, and 360 virtual tours.

  • Usage License: Upon full payment, the purchasing real estate agent or developer is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media assets solely for the marketing and sale of the specific property listing.

  • Restrictions: Media assets cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to third parties (including builders, home stagers, interior designers, or other agents) without written consent from Pro Estate Media. [1]

 

4. Property Readiness & Cancellations

The hiring agent or property owner is responsible for ensuring the property is clean, staged, and fully ready for photography at the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a potential rescheduling fee.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Pro Estate Media is not liable for any delays or inability to complete service due to unsafe weather conditions (especially affecting drone operations), property access issues, or unforeseen technical failures.
