We guarantee next-day delivery for all standard photography and media packages. Complex luxury video edits or custom commercial projects are typically delivered within 48 hours. -
What happens if it rains on the day of the shoot?
We monitor local weather closely. If unsafe conditions affect drone operations or exterior visuals, we will contact you to reschedule the exterior portions or the entire shoot at no additional cost. -
Do you offer twilight photography?
Yes! A twilight shoot can be added as a custom upgrade to any package. This captures the property during the "golden hour" to make your listing look incredibly high-end. -
How should the property be prepared before you arrive?
Properties should be clean, staged, and fully ready for photography at the scheduled time. We recommend turning on all lights, turning off ceiling fans, and clearing off kitchen countertops.
